Since I have looked at typography off many titles it was my job to make a title. I would have liked to make a fully animated on professional title on Photoshop but due to time constraint we had to cut corners. We used a black screen over the top of a heroin bubbling spoon which we have not used in the film. The writing is in block capitals to stand out and is in sheriff font so the edges dot carry on and they don't flow. This makes it look serious and deep. we also put the letters in bold so it stands out and pops in the viewers eyes.
One thing that I like about or title was the fact that the words change colour due to the movement of bubble on the background. The colour also makes the audience tie in connections with the heroin use in the film.
One thing I do not like about it is the simplicity. I think we could have made it look much more interesting's and maybe made the outline a bit faded and broken so looks like an urban drama. This would make the title look more impressive and also make the viewers more interested in the film in general. One other thing we could do was to make the words animated better. We used a simple effect where the words slide onto screen but it doesn't quite visually fit with the scene. Instead I would have like to do some more professional editing like flashes the title and glitches.
